How well is your Brand known outside of your immediate customer base?

Most small businesses understand the value of social media marketing but soon realize how time consuming it can be. Businesses maintaining a social media presence on Facebook can dramatically addlife2impact their market exposure, but it takes a great deal of effort and commitment to properly manage it. You have to keep it fresh by posting several times a week, and you have to keep it relevant in order to make it worthwhile for your reader base to want your posts in their newsfeed. And, as important, you can’t grow your fan base if you’re not delivering information your subscribers will consider a value.

We have a great deal of experience managing Facebook fan pages for many of our clients. By leveraging that expertise, we are able offer our clients Social Media Management as one of our premium services.

Is Social Media Marketing producing the results you want?

What do we do for you?

We set up your Facebook fanpage (and Twitter and Linkedin pages, upon your request), and tie it into your website by displaying the information on your site.

We post messages from you to your market audience on a scheduled basis, posting daily messages, weekly messages, and anywhere in-between to keep your business consistently in front of your fans. The content can be supplied by you, or we will write a relevant message for you. We use photos, news articles, or trivia posts to engage your audience on a consistent basis. You might want to advertise a special product or price, or announce some news about your business. If we don’t receive anything from you, we will simply use our imagination to provide an interesting post.

We also monitor your Social Media pages for activity by clicking “like” on favorable comments, answering questions, and removing negative comments. We work hard to protect your reputation and provide your customers with a easy way to communicate with your business. If any questions or remarks are posted that require additional information from you, we will contact you to find out how you would like us to respond.

We know how to mix the daily timing to maximize audience reach, and gain the best exposure for your business. Managing your Social Media presence can be very time-consuming, and if you’re not consistently delivering a valuable message on a timely basis, you’re wasting your time.

Pricing for our Social Media Management service:

  • $100 per month (billed monthly) for 3 to 5 posts per week, including comment moderation and customer interaction. Posts are varied as to type, day of the week, and time of day to gain maximum exposure with a wider audience.

Also available – targeted Facebook advertising.

Facebook offers highly targeted demographic-based advertising which we can add to our Social Media Management services. Your ads can be customized to reach a specifically selected audience to maximize your advertising dollars. Some of the demographic selections are age, gender, location, interests, and many other targeted areas.

The cost for targeted Facebook ads can be as little or as much as you want. We simply add a $25 per month (or $250 annually) to manage your advertising campaign.

This kind of advertising has proven to be very effective, and is the reason Facebook is so financially successful. By taking advantage of their smart marketing platform, you can leverage your business into the a broader audience. We build the ad for you, which is a combination of a photo and text content to suggest that a Facebook user “like” your fan page and receive your updates in their newsfeed.

Building your fan base increases your audience, and the exposure to your newsfeed posts. Most businesses are investing somewhere between $50 and $500 per month on Facebook advertising, but the amount is up to you. Also, you can vary the amount monthly. Funds are deposited into your Facebook advertising account, and as ads run according to our set demographics, a cost per click is deducted from your total. So $50 might last a week, several weeks, or months, depending on how loose or tight we define the target audience.

Ready to learn more about Social Media Management?

Let’s look at some numbers…

  • FACT – More than 80% of residents in your area use the Internet
  • FACT – More than 70% of those Internet users use Facebook

If, for example, 100,000 people live within a 20 mile radius of your business, you can estimate that more than 56,000 of them actively use Facebook. Let’s say 10% of those people are interested in your business. That means some 5600 people would like to stay informed by subscribing to your posts. They want to know about your specials, new products, events, etc.

246be28Additionally, we can also estimate that another 10%, or around 5600 people, could be interested in your business if they knew that you were posting valuable information, like special deals, sales, etc.

That’s over 11,200 people that you could reach every single time you post something. And considering the “viral” factor experienced by interesting posts that are often shared on friend’s pages, a good post could easily be seen by tens of thousands of people close to you!

That is powerful and if you’re not leveraging it, you’re missing a huge amount of potential business!

Yes, times have changed.

Whether you know it or not, believe it or not, or even care, getting your message out has changed… your customers are not where they used to be. Ask your customers where they go to learn more about a local business. Very few will tell you they look in the Yellow Pages or some similar listing. Ask your customers where they go to see what specials and sales your business is running. Very few will tell you they look in the newspaper, if they even have access to printed media.

So, where are they?

They’re on-line! Internet usage has grown to a point where it is often the single source of information for most of your customers. Social media websites like Facebook can be leveraged to provide your potential customer base with the information they seek about your business.

It’s not rocket science, but it does take some effort. Many businesses manage their own Facebook pages, but many find that they simply don’t have the time to put into it to make it grow like it should and realize its full potential. That’s where we come in. For a low monthly fee, we will manage the process for you completely. More about that later.

Let’s look at an Internet medium such as Facebook.

How does it work?

social-media-1Facebook has over one billion users, and people (your customers) use it to communicate with their friends. They also use it to stay updated on people, businesses, news, etc. they care about. When logged into their account, they view a page custom made for them based on their selections The Facebook program consolidates all that information in a list called a “newsfeed”. The goal is to get your customers, and others interested in your business, to subscribe to your updates so that they show up on their newsfeed. It’s that easy! But, you have to do the right things to create a base of followers. This is the hard part. But, there’s good news…

With a little consistent effort, a business page can grow to impressive numbers of subscribers in a very short time. There is no magic formula to doing this. It just takes a continuous, on-going, diligent effort to post things people will care about. News updates about new products, services, specials, and events keep fans informed about your business. If people are interested in your business, they will want to know what you’re up to, and by subscribing to your news posts, they will see everything you publish. And if the news posts stir some excitement, they will also want to share your news with their friends by “sharing” your post on their “wall”.

This is where it gets interesting.

Let’s take a look at one of our clients; Hank’s Frozen Custard in New Brighton, PA. Beginning in the Spring of 2012, Hank’s facebook page had just over 200 fans. A year later, they had over 3300 Facebook fans. Currently, they have nearly 10,000 fans receiving their posts. A typical wall post on their page is seen by 1500 to 3000 people. And, a popular post can be seen (after being shared many times) by upwards of 25,000 people.

This is the incredible power of a Facebook business page. And the more fans a page gets, the faster it will grow. Pages with more than 10,000 subscribers (fans), can have their individual posts seen by 50,000 people or more!
